* Lead and mentor sales staff to enhance their performance and drive business results
* Design and execute localized marketing campaigns in accordance with franchise agreements
* Manage online presence, including social media, website content, and advertising, to boost brand awareness and generate leads
* Coordinate showroom promotions, field days, and sponsorships to engage the community and increase brand visibility
* Liaise with manufacturers' marketing teams to synchronize local initiatives with national campaigns
* E nsure all marketing materials comply with franchise and corporate branding guidelines
* Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer insights, and marketing ROI to the Dealer Principal
* Maintain accurate records of marketing expenditure and outcomes
* E nsure compliance with workplace laws, franchise requirements, and corporate standards
