About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Mass Resources, based in Osborne Park, Western Australia. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing top talent for our diverse range of clients across various industries. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the dynamic field of recruitment.
What you'll be doing
* Proactively sourcing and identifying qualified candidates to meet client hiring needs
* Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
* Developing and maintaining a strong network of candidates and clients
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement
* Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
* Achieving and exceeding recruitment targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
What we're looking for
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably within the agency recruitment sector
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and candidates
* Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to navigate complex recruitment challenges
* Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in a variety of roles
* Familiarity with recruitment-related software and databases
* A self-motivated, driven, and resilient mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for providing an exceptional candidate and client experience
