Lead a Major Automotive Logistics & Pre-Delivery Operation

We are seeking an exceptional Pre-Delivery Manager to take full ownership of our large-scale pre-delivery operations, manage a multi-site holding yard network, and elevate the customer experience to new heights.

About the Role
You will oversee the complete vehicle preparation process for new, used and fleet vehicles, while managing the efficient movement of stock between pre-delivery yard facilities and dealership sites.
Your mission is simple but critical: ensure every vehicle is prepared, transported, and delivered to the highest possible standard—on time and flawlessly presented—while driving a premium internal and external customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the Pre-Delivery team to deliver exceptional results
* Manage operations within a large and high-volume holding yard
* Oversee all logistics between the holding yard, pre-delivery yard and dealership sites
* Ensure inspections, accessory fitments, detailing and final presentation meet manufacturer standards
* Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control across all sites
* Deliver an excellent internal customer experience for Sales, Service and Fleet teams
* Ensure a premium external customer experience through flawless vehicle delivery
* Ensure compliance, documentation, warranty and safety requirements are met
* Coordinate workflow to match dealership and fleet delivery schedules
* Monitor KPIs, control costs and drive operational efficiency
* Uphold WHS, manufacturer and dealership policies
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and speed
What You'll Bring
* Experience in Pre-Delivery, Service, Workshop, Logistics or a similar automotive leadership role
* Strong organisational and multi-site operational management capability
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Solid mechanical knowledge and an understanding of vehicle preparation processes
* Experience using dealership management systems (DMS) and manufacturer portals
* Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage people effectively
* A commitment to safety, quality and outstanding customer satisfaction
