We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with experience in Benefits realisation management (BRM). Our client needs your expertise in identifying, planning, managing, and evaluating the intended benefits of an investment.
The role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
1. Leading a review of the benefits management for a new Program. This will include facilitation benefit and risk workshops to review and update the program benefits and risks.
2. Uplifting benefits reporting capability to meet internal and external requirements.
3. Build strong and effective relationships with a range of stakeholders with key internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate information to people from different backgrounds and seniority.
5. Ability to carefully follow established processes and procedures and undertake quality assurance activities.
6. Experience effectively managing competing priorities and strategic directions when achieving planning and project outcomes in line with agency goals and objectives.
Applicants will be required to obtain a Police Check and have a minimum Baseline AGSVA Clearance with the ability to obtain a Negative Level 1.
