Overview
Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will work within our IT team where you will play a key role in supporting day to day IT operations while also contributing to projects and system improvements. This role offers a mix of help desk support, systems administration and project involvement.
This is an on-site position based at our Rockingham premises.

About You
You are:

What We Need from You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT support, help desk management or system administration
- Extensive troubleshooting skills including network troubleshooting
- Experience with VMware environments, switching and firewalls
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments, networking and cloud platforms (eg: Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Understanding of Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally in an FMCG environment
- Ability to help deliver IT and digital projects end-to-end, with a focus on timeliness, quality, and collaboration
- Relevant qualifications in IT or equivalent experience
- Experience with C# development will be highly regarded.
