About the role
In this role, you will assist the Production Manager with scheduling, be responsible for ensuring timely supply of external materials and products to both meet client demands and company budget targets effectively. This role requires the coordinator to plan, procure and manage the materials essential for producing furniture products. The coordinator is required to work closely with the factory, production and sales teams to ensure that all raw materials are available on time and at optimal cost, while maintaining quality standards.

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with monitoring daily operations to ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards by working with the Production Manager and ensure efficient use of resources
· Oversee incoming supply of materials, finished product etc., from external supply partners to align with project installation deadlines.
· Identify and implement solutions to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste
· Collaborate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any supply issues
· Communication from suppliers to ensure timely receipt of orders, in line with client installation deadlines
About You:
· Able to maintain strong relations with key suppliers
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
· Process Driven: Maintain effective business processes, with appropriate controls and reviews, to ensure operational effectiveness
· A team player with attention to detail, communicate effectively and work safely
· Ability to accurately navigate admin, sales and relevant computer systems
· Able to identify risks within the workplace
