We are seeking a skilled professional to identify, develop, and commercialize growth opportunities with existing customers and new business prospects, particularly in gas and welding equipment.
This role will involve managing local distribution models, retail stores, including inventory management, cost control, and leading local teams.
A key aspect of this position is supporting and implementing group strategies, policies, and procedures.
Strong leadership and people management skills are essential, as well as thorough knowledge of pricing and contract management, experience in growing existing accounts, generation, and conversion.
Additionally, excellent time management skills and computer literacy are required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
