Job Title: Store Manager
About the Role:
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading, developing, and motivating a team of up to 20 sales assistants
* Maintaining a high standard of store presentation and visual merchandising
* Liaising with stock allocators to maintain appropriate stock levels and maximize return on floor space
* Preparing and monitoring sales reports, store rosters, and compliance documents
Requirements:
* Demonstrated leadership experience and a proven track record of empowering teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with retail/hospitality operations and practices
