We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering new client acquisition and maintaining successful relationships with existing customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team to meet or exceed sales quotas by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate and progress a consistent sales pipeline, even when managing closing activities.
* Leverage internal stakeholders, leaders, and champions to drive sales strategy execution and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Work cross-functionally with various teams to land and expand key accounts by building strong relationships and providing value-added solutions.
* Utilize effective communication skills to understand customer needs and present valuable solutions that address their pain points.
* Differentiate OneTrust's solutions by understanding key competitors and their strategies, and develop a deep understanding of the market landscape.
* Develop strong customer relationships, positioning OneTrust as a trusted advisor and driving long-term revenue growth.
Requirements:
* At least 2+ years of experience selling B2B software or related technologies, with a proven track record of success in solution and value selling.
* A solid background in running sales presentations/demos and a track record of swift, targeted contract negotiation to deliver value to both the company and the customer.
* Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions, and experience working with data-driven tools to inform sales strategies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
* A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in Privacy, Security, Third-Party Risk management, Compliance, or a related field.
* CIPP/E or CIPM certified, or equivalent experience.
* Trained in Command of Message, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
