Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Technologist to join their team on a full-time basis in Adelaide. The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging engineering design and on-site implementation within telecommunications projects.
The role involves technical planning, compliance assurance, and problem-solving to ensure adherence to industry standards including the National Broadband Network NBN and Telstra networks. A Bachelor's degree and relevant telecommunications experience are essential requirements.
Telcommunications projects involve ensuring high-quality communication systems meet customer requirements while complying with industry regulations and standards. Problem-solving skills are crucial as well as knowledge of fibre optic cable installations, fibreoptic technology, telecommunications network architectures, and electronic circuits analysis.
Telecommunication service providers require employees to work effectively in teams to deliver services that meet business and customer needs. Project management expertise is also desired.
