About this Role
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of apprentices and play a key role in their learning journey.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the learning journey of apprentices, working closely with supervisors and training staff to ensure a positive learning culture.
* Coordinate apprentice onboarding, rosters, uniforms, and training schedules
* Organise quarterly catch-ups, graduations, and other key apprentice events
* Track apprentice progress, training records, and compliance with relevant requirements
* Partner with Managers, Training teams, and RTOs to ensure smooth delivery of learning and development
* Support internal learning on-site, including scheduling, room bookings, materials, and trainer coordination
* Act as the first point of contact for apprentice engagement, communication, and ongoing support
Key Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a coordination, administration or apprentice support role
* Understanding of the VET system and RTO compliance desirable
* Relevant qualifications in education, HR, or trade advantageous
