Key Responsibilities
1. Desktop support, server support, hardware, network, and software installation and troubleshooting.
2. Diagnostics and upgrades for Office 365, hardware, and building/upgrading PCs.
3. Active Directory management and operating system support.
4. Hardware repair, installation, desk-side support, and service desk support.
The successful candidate will have essential experience with Office 365 in a corporate environment and supporting Windows and Linux environments, both physical and virtual.
