**Customer Service Officer**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- In this role you support one of BOC's most complex customer portfolios, the Healthcare customer base, across Australia and New Zealand
- You will ensure the needs of this critical customer base are met for pricing, orders, deliveries, and product recommendations and information. You understand that great customer service supports the business in delivering profitable growth
- Provide professional customer support for customers by providing correct and relevant information to customers that resolves their enquiry
- You shall be responsible for the digitalization of customers through raising awareness of BOC's self-serve and digitals channels at every possible opportunity
**What makes you great**
- You possess understanding of the special mixture process and special gases supply chain
- Advanced verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of BOC organization, products, offers, policies and processes required and knowledge of SalesForce, SAP, Microsoft Office 365
- You have strong influencing and time management skills with the ability to manage own tasks ensuring they are completed to a high standard inside agreed timeframes is required
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required
- Previous customer service experience, especially with complex customer dispute resolution and case management handling preferred.
