Job Role
We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist to fill a vacant position in our team.
The ideal candidate will be part of the Anatomical Pathology team, responsible for specimen reception and triage, including fresh and fixed specimens, shared/split specimens, and cases requiring follow-up with requestors.
They will participate in the return of specimens to patients, independently perform specimen direct transfer and dissection with appropriate description and dictation, and adhere to policy and procedure frameworks developed in consideration of NSWHP, RCPA, NPAAC, and ISO 15189 requirements.
