What to expect of the role:
An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly motivated & proactive Function and Events Assistant Manager to join the team_._ You will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Venue Manager to manage the day to day operations, spear-head functions and events components including successfully managing and developing relationships and promoting the venue

The Trooper in you:

- Experience in supervising and performing function management duties, including completing detailed event orders and forecasting functions revenue and calendar
- Leadership in delivering a consistent, high-level of customer service
- Motivation and initiation in building business success through your efforts and your team's
- Ability to be flexible and work to assist other venue roles to ensure success in every aspect of the business

Availability for weekly day, night and weekend shifts is a must

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Flexible hours

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burleigh Heads, QLD 4220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervisor Management: 1 year (required)
