What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow Fireflies’ presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Plan and execute social media calendars that balance education, storytelling, and brand recall.
- Engage with users — respond to mentions, comments, and community posts to keep conversations active and authentic.
- Collaborate with design, product, and content teams to produce engaging campaigns.
- Monitor social trends and jump in on relevant conversations in real time.
- Analyze performance metrics, track engagement, and share insights to optimize content strategy.
- Partner with the influencer marketer to align creator campaigns with overall brand messaging.
- Share community insights and social data to guide influencer strategy.
- Repurpose creator content across Fireflies’ social channels and help amplify key campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in social media management or community marketing, preferably in a Tech/SaaS environment.
- Strong grasp of online culture, platform trends, and what drives engagement.
- Excellent writing instincts and visual storytelling sense.
- Bonus: you’ve been a content creator yourself or have strong on‑camera presence — comfortable recording short videos or hosting community moments.
- Analytical and creative — able to blend performance insights with storytelling.
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple initiatives with ownership.
