About the role
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused receptionist to join our dynamic team at Ignition Performance Academy in Condell Park, NSW. As a receptionist / customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our dance studio, providing exceptional service to our valued clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant, growing organisation that is passionate about empowering the local community through dance. This is an all-rounder role, perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids and building relationships with parents and students.
What you'll be doing
* Welcoming and greeting all clients, students and visitors in a warm and professional manner
* Handling trials and enquiries via phone and in-person
* Providing general information about our dance classes, schedules and policies
* Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area, as well as studio
* Supporting the administration and operations of the dance studio
* Manage the reception area and front-of-house operations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with families
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within the hospitality, retail or dance/fitness industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Competent with computer systems and basic administrative tasks
* A desire to contribute to a positive studio environment
* Someone who is proactive and reliable
