Make a difference. Enjoy your time in and out of work in the beautiful Whitsundays
Occupational Therapy Whitsunday (OTW) is a specialised occupational therapy practice based in the Whitsundays region of Queensland, Australia. While based in rural Proserpine, we are only minutes from Airlie Beach - the lifestyle centre of the Whitsunday's. At OTW we focus on empowering children and teens to succeed in daily life and reach their fullest potential.
Overview and Mission
OTWhitsunday is the Whitsundays' original and most established private OT practice. We have built deep, trusted relationships with schools, early childhood services, medical practices, referral bases and multidisciplinary providers, positioning us as the most connected and collaborative practice in the region. OTW delivers a coordinated, high-quality offering service and offers clinicians genuine professional and community impact.
OTW is guided by a strength-based, family-centred ethos that places clients at the heart of its mission, with a strong emphasis on care, collaboration, and community engagement. The practice integrates occupational therapy with allied support, specifically for young children, tweens and adolescents up to 19 years old who have diverse developmental and behavioural needs. Its therapeutic approach is grounded in fostering empowerment, inclusion, and progress through collective efforts among families, schools, and community partners.

The team at OTW provides assessment and therapeutic intervention in key developmental areas in the beautiful and purpose fitted-out clinic space in central Proserpine.
