Family Support Coordinator Position
The role involves supporting children and families during the transition from early childhood services to primary school.
Key responsibilities include working with classroom teachers and specialist support staff to understand child needs, connecting families with relevant services, building positive relationships with students, parents, and community services, and providing expert input into decision-making processes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, and demonstrate a commitment to improving student attendance, behaviour, and engagement in learning.
