We are seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to join our team in providing support for the effective and efficient management of recruitment, appointment, registration, and payroll processes for medical staff employed at West Moreton Hospital and Health Service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality administrative support to ensure seamless operations and excellent client service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent self-organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving abilities and Microsoft Office applications skills
* Ability to deliver work of high quality, validity, and accuracy
* Effective communication skills with the ability to positively contribute to a collegial team environment
* Knowledge of contemporary human resource management issues including workplace health and safety, equal opportunity, and anti-discrimination
* Ability to acquire knowledge of legislation, procedures, policies, and regulations pertaining to the recruitment of senior/resident medical officers
