About the Role
We are seeking a Strategy Consultant (Strategic Advisor) with 18 months to 3 years of working experience in management or strategy consulting. This role is suited to someone with project-based experience and a strong commitment to the social sector (e.g., not-for-profits, government, philanthropy, CSR, social enterprise, social procurement). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in strategic advisory or business design projects and show potential for further professional growth and development within our consulting practice. Responsibilities
* Project Execution and Support: Supporting in the planning and delivery of complex strategic advisory projects for a wide range of clients, working across the entire project lifecycle. You will work in small teams to consult with our clients to understand their pain points, uncover strategic opportunities, conduct research and understand the sector and perform complex analysis and apply creative-thinking to provide data-driven direction.
* Workshop Facilitation: Supporting the design and facilitation of client workshops, creating workshop agendas, pre-reading packs, prepping the workshop facilitator and delivering polished workshop outputs.
* Project Leadership: There will also be opportunity to lead and drive smaller client engagements end to end, where appropriate.
* Administrative Responsibilities: As part of project support, assist the project team with logistics and the preparation of project status reports to ensure efficient project management.
* Proposal Development: Contribute to business development activities by supporting proposal writing and the development of project pitches.
* Collaborative Teamwork: Work effectively within project teams, contributing to a supportive and dynamic work environment.
* Contributing to Organisational Culture: Actively participate in internal initiatives and contribute to the nurturing of our organisational culture.
* Innovative Development: Assist in the development of new products and services under guidance from more senior consultants.
Qualifications
* 18 months - 3 years of experience in a professional advisory or management consulting role.
* Exposure to strategic planning, operating models, business models, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and workshop facilitation is preferred.
