Dom is a trusted advisor on complex financing structures, derivatives and offtake arrangements, with a strong focus on mining, energy and infrastructure. His recent work includes Macmahon Holding's replacement and upsizing of the $550 million syndicated debt facility, Catalyst Metals on the $110 million syndicated debt facility and MAC Copper on steps relating to financing, metal streaming and royalty arrangements associated with its $1.6 billion acquisition by NYSE and JSE-listed Harmony Gold Mining by way of an all-cash scheme of arrangement. About You
As our ideal candidate you should be motivated to contribute to complex, high-impact transactions in a supportive team, technically challenging transactions in a relaxed environment.
Four plus years' PQE in banking and finance transactions with a focus on leveraged, acquisition, project and/or corporate and real estate finance.
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset to navigate complex matters collaboratively and make the most of opportunities presented.
Exceptional drafting and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work effectively with clients and peers at all levels.
Comfort working both autonomously and collaboratively with others.
