About the Role
My client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow their electronic security business by driving new opportunities and managing key client relationships. This role will focus on expanding sales of integrated security solutions and service contracts, while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business success.
Responsibilities
* Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities across commercial, government, and industrial sectors.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers.
* Leading sales strategy, pipeline management, and forecasting to deliver on revenue targets.
* Preparing and presenting tailored security solutions, proposals, and tenders (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and integrated systems).
* Negotiating contracts and managing commercial terms to secure profitable outcomes.
* Working closely with estimators, project managers, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
* Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities to grow brand presence.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* At least 5 years' proven sales or business development experience in the electronic security industry.
* Strong technical understanding of integrated electronic security systems.
* A current security license (desirable).
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* A customer-first approach with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
