About the role
We are looking for a tenacious and highly organised Project Manager to join us ideally in our Denver office, although this can be based remotely in either Central or Western USA. Responsible for the full project life cycle of multiple projects across our product lines, you will ensure that your projects are managed to scope and budget whilst ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction. This role will utilise your extensive negotiation and communication skills whilst also giving you the opportunity to interface with our Partners and Resellers.
Your day to day responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to):
· Understand customer drivers for the project and ensure outcomes support the achievement of customer objectives;
· Ensure appropriate governance is in place for the project to oversee progress and apply corrective actions;
· Create and obtain sign off for the plan including objectives, scope, timeline, resources (internal and external);
· Establish and update project management documents including project schedules, detailed project plans and scope statements among others;
· Make recommendations for resources required to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes, and alternative approaches if internal resources not available;
· Gain stakeholder buy-in and use influence to achieve project outcomes;
· Provide regular communication to stakeholders (internal/external) to the project;
· Manage and track day-to-day project activities and resources;
· Manage project scope and obtain approval for required changes; and
· Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues and outcome achievement
About you
An experienced Project Manager, you are someone who takes ownership of their role and can think outside the box if things go wrong. Ideally holding experience in high volume software deployment projects, you will have either PMP or Prince2 certification. You are extremely customer focused and have strong interpersonal skills, as well as can identify the potential for scope creep early. Although not essential, Project Management experience in either Financial Services or Unified Communications in a vendor environment would be advantageous.

Hire Range/Rate
Up to $90k base plus bonus
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
