Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated project professional to join our team as a key coordinator. As the project coordinator, you will work closely with our project managers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting project planning, scheduling and documentation
* Preparing and managing project budgets and cost tracking
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site logistics
* Reviewing drawings, specifications and progress reports
* Maintaining effective communication between clients, stakeholders and internal teams
* Contributing to project reporting, compliance and quality assurance requirements
About You:
* Previous experience in a project coordination or similar role within construction
* A minimum of 1-2 years of project coordination experience in construction is required
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Sound knowledge of construction processes, WHS and documentation standards
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g. MS Project, Procore, Aconex or similar)
* A qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field will be highly regarded.
