Water Management Specialist
This role involves driving business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Understand customer requirements, identify challenges, and provide technical solutions.
Prepare quotes, create proposals, and communicate how solutions can meet customer needs.
Present complex products and their benefits clearly, focusing on value and ROI for the customer.
Prepare and review technical documentation and proposals to ensure accurate pricing and clear communication.
Independently manage and prioritize tasks to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining ongoing communication.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
Successfully close deals and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
An accomplished professional sales person with at least 5+ years of experience in technical sales or a related field.
A proven track record in sales, ideally within the water management or technical solutions industry.
The ability to present complex technical solutions to customers in a clear, engaging, and customer-focused way.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, ensuring you meet and exceed sales targets.
A solid understanding of technical solutions and customer requirements.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is an advantage).
