About the Role
As the Area Manager / Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day roofing operations across the Toowoomba region. You will lead the delivery team, coordinate schedules, ensure high-quality workmanship, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
This role is hands-on and suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support roofing crews across multiple project sites
* Conduct WHS checks, risk assessments, and site audits
* Liaise with clients, builders, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
* Provide technical guidance and problem-solving for onsite issues
* Monitor job quality, variations, and performance metrics
* Uphold strong safety culture and compliance with company standards
* Prepare operational reports and maintain project documentation
Essential Requirements
* Experience in metal roofing and construction
* Strong team leadership and on-site supervision capability
* Knowledge of local QLD regulations and building codes
* Current driver's licence
