Operating out of a long-established and newly developed office in a top-performing network, we are looking for an experienced sales Personal Assistant/Associate to support one of the most dynamic agents in the area with strong market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and service to customers that is second to none
**The Role**:
This fast-paced support role will see you work one on one with an agent who has a genuine passion for real estate combined with a never-give-up attitude.
Your duties and responsibilities will consist of:
- Prepare Appraisal/listing kits and marketing collateral
- Liaise with vendors and buyers
- Database entry and management
- Assisting with Open Homes and Private Inspections
- Attend pre-settlement inspections
- Liaising with Solicitors throughout the settlement process
- Social Media Marketing/advertising campaigns
- Attending meetings with photographers, and stylists
- Preparing Vendor reports
- General administration/Contract preparation
