Pyramid8 are recruiting for a proactive Project Coordinator to deliver smooth, high-quality implementations of their Cloud SaaS platform.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our customer journey—ensuring smooth onboarding, high-quality project delivery, and an outstanding client experience from day one. You'll collaborate closely with our Head of Implementation, as well as teams across Sales and Service Delivery, making a real impact on how we support our customers.

What You'll Do
* Lead and coordinate end-to-end customer implementations
* Run client meetings and gather system requirements
* Manage timelines, milestones, and project documentation
* Keep communication flowing between customers and internal teams
* Identify risks early and keep projects on track
* Support customers, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
* Keep systems (Jira, SharePoint, trackers) accurate and up to date
