Entering a new chapter of growth, we are looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead operations, drive business development, and shape the future of this company.
With the bulk of its clients currently in the residential sector, they are looking to take a quantum leap in the supply, installation and maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC in the commercial sector with a pipeline of over 70 prospects, ready to activate their services.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with builders, developers, and clientsLead and manage HVAC operations across residential and commercial projects including day-to-day operations, installations, service delivery and maintenanceEnsure all jobs/projects are quoted with accuracy and confidenceEnsure service delivery meets quality, safety, and compliance standardsWhat We're Looking ForA solid operator, ready for your next opportunity.
