Electronic Testers 6 month assignment Afternoon shift 2pm till 10pm (training on day shift for 1-2wks, 6am till 2.30pm) $35.14 per hour Knoxfield location The Company Our client, based in Knoxfield, has over 35-years of innovation and has more than 150,000 systems deployed globally. They are a leading provider and manufacturer of end-to-end solutions across access control, security, video and smart building technology. Responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to: Perform fault finding and diagnostics to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards Conduct quality control, testing, and fault diagnosis of electronic units Troubleshoot analogue and digital PCB assemblies Operate equipment in line with SOPs and complete required safety checks Interpret schematics and written assembly instructions to analyse and replace components Use light power tools, hand tools, multimeters, and oscilloscopes To be considered for this role you will possess the following: Minimum 12 months' experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred) Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks and prolonged standing Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions Soldering skills and/or a Diploma or Certificate in Electronics (advantageous) Hours and Rate: Monday to Friday Afternoon shift 2pm till 10pm (Training on Day shift for 1-2-weeks, 6am till 230pm) $35.14 per hour We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
