An exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join a leading construction company in Silverwater.

**Your new role**
- Coordination of project inductions
- Coordination of training and contacting workers on training
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Updating and maintaining Client training portals
- Reception, managing the reception desk daily to cover breaks and during peak times including holiday relief
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/ projects in a fast paced environment
- Strong Administration experience
- Construction industry experience desired, not essential
- Tech savvy - be able to use multiple systems
- Highly confidential and to be compliant on tasks
