About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, delivering outstanding service to clients and ensuring compliance at every stage.
Reporting to senior management, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, off-the-plan, and transfers
* Providing accurate advice to clients on property transactions and legal requirements
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant property law, regulations, and conveyancing procedures
* Handling multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy
* Delivering high standards of client service and maintaining professional, ethical practice
* Using case management systems such as TriConvey or Smokeball (desirable)
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in conveyancing with a track record of managing residential transactions
* Strong understanding of property law, regulations, and conveyancing procedures
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to clients
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Proficiency with case management software (TriConvey/Smokeball desirable)
* A professional, client-focused approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
