Job Title: Administration Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Admin Assistant to manage our office operations, payroll, and fleet management. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Office Administration, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and proficiency in formulas.
* Key Responsibilities:
* • General office duties, including supporting the Warehouse Team with administrative tasks
* • Managing payroll for 25 employees, including revision of timesheets
* • Fleet management, including GPS tracking and maintenance
* • Invoicing using our accounting system
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Experience in Office Administration
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills – proficiency in formulas is essential
* Some experience with Accounts
* Payroll experience – a must
