Care Worker Role
We are seeking a Support Care Worker to join our At Home Services team. As a member of this team, you will be supporting clients in their own homes, providing quality complex care and support.
* You will assist with daily living tasks such as household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport.
* Develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the highest level of care is provided to our clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* An unrestricted Australian Driver Licence
* A reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance for transporting clients
* Strong communication skills with resilience and patience
* Proficiency in using smartphone technology, apps and email
