We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to spearhead our commercial equipment sales efforts in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
* Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales and profit targets.
* Collaborate with key accounts to identify business opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
