About the Role We’re looking for a Project Estimator / Administrator to play a key role in our operations. This hybrid position requires a keen eye for estimating project costs and timelines, along with strong organisational skills to manage project documentation, communication, and support. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for custom stainless-steel fabrication and installation projects Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather necessary project data Prepare and submit quotes and tender packages Track and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Maintain project documentation, records, and communication logs Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed What We’re Looking For Experience in estimating or project administration in the construction or fabrication industry (commercial kitchen experience a plus) Strong understanding of materials, production processes, and fabrication techniques Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with estimation software preferred Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Why Join Us?
