About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installer / Cabinet Maker to join our team at Campbells Kitchen Cabinets in Townsville, Queensland. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in the installation of high-quality kitchen cabinets and furniture. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive a seamless and exceptional service.
What you'll be doing
* Carefully measure, fit, and install kitchen cabinets, vanities, and other furniture pieces
* Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standard, meeting strict safety and quality requirements
* Collaborate with the design team to resolve any on-site challenges or issues
* Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients throughout the installation process
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
* Assist with the general operations of the workshop as needed
What we're looking for
* Formal qualification in Carpentry or Cabinet Making, or equivalent industry experience
* Proven track record of successfully installing kitchen cabinets, vanities, and other furniture pieces
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
* Proficient in the use of power tools and workshop equipment
* A valid driver's licence
