As theStore Manager,you'rethe driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team.To thrive here, you should ideally have:
* Retailmanagement / leadership experience.
* A track recordof leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
* Theability to motivate and inspire your team.
* Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
* Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
* Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
* Experiencewith outdoor clothing and equipmentis not essential, a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferred.
