About the opportunity
Due to continued growth across our operations, we're seeking experienced Scaffold Supervisors who hold a MSIC to join our team in Port Hedland.

Work with BHP WAIO leading scaffold crews, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery, and supporting a high-performing workforce on site.
12-hour shifts, with a competitive hourly rate of $75-$76/ph.
Lead daily pre-starts and toolbox talks, setting clear expectations for safety and productivity.
Represent scaffolding in critical path and planning meetings.
Mentor and guide scaffolders looking to advance their skills, fostering a positive team culture and encouraging career progression.
About you
You're a safety-minded, team-focused professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and contributing to a strong site culture.
You'll bring:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Scaffold Supervisor role, ideally within mining, energy, or construction environments.
Valid Section 26 High-Risk Work Licence (Scaffolding Supervisor).
Valid MSIC Card.
Ability to pass a project-specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
Genuine concern for safety and the wellbeing of your team.
A practical, hands-on mindset with the confidence to take initiative.
