Local Government Administration Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a part-time Administration Officer.
This role offers the chance to contribute to the community, working 3-4 days per week. You will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in administration.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing high-level customer support, efficiently handling enquiries and escalating matters when necessary.
* Performing a range of general administration duties.
* Accurately documenting enquiries and customer service requests to corporate standards.
* Arranging postage of letters and ensuring all correspondence is filed correctly.
* Assisting with general meeting setup, including audio/visual equipment and refreshments.
* Minute taking for various meetings.
* Efficient diary management.
* Liaising effectively with internal stakeholders.

* Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications.
* Ability to work independently and proactively.
* A commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
Essential Requirements:
* Current National Police Check (NPC).
* Availability to commence as soon as possible.
