In this role, you will act as a resource for staff and volunteers, providing guidance on patient care in hospice and community settings. You will also evaluate nursing interventions and recommend effective management strategies.

Ideal Candidate:
* Registered Nurse with advanced clinical competence and substantial experience in Palliative Care.
* Proven skills in planning, coordination, and decision-making, demonstrating a proactive approach to patient care.
* Well-developed leadership abilities and experience in fostering team dynamics.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of risk management and quality management principles as they pertain to healthcare.
