Hawksworth have partnered with a leading professional services firm in the areas of risk, strategy and people, to on-board a Data and Technology Business Analyst. This is a 6 month contract and can be Sydney or Melbourne based.
Our client participates and wins in the large institutional space. They have recently signed an Individually Managed Account (IMA) product deal that fills a gap in its offering to the mid-market segment.
**The Role**:
The change manager will need to engage, and coordinate change activities, with numerous lines of business (LOBs) within the company, the incumbent external entity product owner and vendors, to ensure the business is operationally ready to commence business on 3 October.
The change manager will work with the project manager, the process lead, business analysts and process analysts to identify and work through the change requirements.

- Target Operating Model
- Vendor interaction
- Portfolio Management
- People and Culture - staff onboarding and readiness
- Investment Management, Investment Servicing
- Financial Control
- Financial Planning and Analysis (Finance)
- Operations Management, including front-office and back office
- Helping the business to understand the Education and Training support requirements
**Specific Project Information**
- As this project is delivering a recent product, there will be a robust change process in place to ensure the Target Operating Model (TOM) for all lines of business is understood and ready for business on day one.
- Project delivery engagement activities will be a mix of face-to-face, online (Zoom/Teams).
- Project tools include Microsoft Office, Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Visio, Data Rooms.
- An NDA will need to be signed prior to commencement.
- The project is expected to close in November/December
- Change manager base location - flexible, however Melbourne is preferred.
