**About the role**
The key focus of this role is to provide an excellent customer experience to our online community by showcasing a quality range of products available for purchase. As an Online Retail Operator**, **you will be representing Cash Converters online, showcasing the products with your photography skills within our Webshop and working your magic on our equally diverse and loyal customer base to achieve a win-win outcome for the customer and the store**. **A typical day will include:
- Working in a down to earth environment surrounded by awesome colleagues that are passionate about exceeding customer expectations,
- Assisting the team and customers using the highest levels of passion, integrity and respect, answering online queries and questions in a professional and timely manner,
- Uploading product photos you have taken and creating online product listings that are honest and stand out,
- Packaging goods securely with high level of presentation,
- Arranging prompt delivery of purchased goods,
- Working towards achieving sales targets, both individually and as a store.
- This role is also currently Monday to Friday.
