Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Adelaide's south-west corner, for a Showroom Receptionist/Administrator.
The role involves greeting customers, managing phone inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and performing administrative and clerical tasks.
Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining records, communicating professionally with customers, and ensuring a welcoming environment in the showroom.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors and managing a few tasks at the same time
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries and provide clear information
Experience in Admin Skills, including maintaining records, data entry, and managing schedules, as well as proficiencies in the use of Xero accounting platform
Excellent Customer Service skills to provide a positive and professional experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with coffee products or related industries is an advantage
