Start your career as a Graduate Occupational Therapist with ORS, offering solid support, flexible work options, and meaningful client outcomes in Maitland NSW.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

- Work with clients aged 0–65 in homes, schools, group programs, and the community
- Deliver assessments and interventions including functional capacity and sensory assessments, assistive technology and home modifications, and skill and capacity building programs
- Build strong client relationships and celebrate client achievements
- Manage a reduced caseload while learning
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, and Behaviour Support Practitioners
- Participate in formal weekly 1:1 supervision with experienced clinicians
- Tailor caseload to your interests to ensure meaningful work

About You

The company is looking for:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration (or pending)
- Car and valid driver’s licence
- Working With Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check or willingness to obtain
- Passion for learning, teamwork, and helping people achieve their goals
