Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales staff to ensure smooth
store operations.
Maintain stock levels, order inventory, and manage deliveries.
Ensure the store and petrol station comply with safety, hygiene, and
operational standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Train and support staff in sales techniques, customer service, and product
knowledge.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and assist in achieving business
targets.
Open and close the store, handle cash registers, and ensure accurate cash
reconciliation.
Implement merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities in line with
company policies.
Oversee fuel operations, including safety checks and compliance with
environmental regulations.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 1 years' experience in a retail supervisory or management role
(petrol or grocery experience preferred).
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a small team in a quick-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and organisational abilities.
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualification in Business, Management, or Retail (desirable but not
essential).
