About the role
Team Global Express is seeking a HR Driver to commence immediately in Mt Isa as a Full‐time Permanent role (Monday to Friday). The successful applicant will receive a location allowance in addition to the base hourly rate. Overtime may be offered on a need‐by‐need basis.
Responsibilities
* Complete deliveries and pickups promptly and according to time frames.
* Hold a current HR licence (or higher) and demonstrate a safety‐first approach, consistently applying WHS practices and procedures.
* Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near‐miss and incident reporting processes.
* Restrain loads safely and use straps and chains correctly where required.
* Keep trucks in a clean and maintainable condition, and keep the yard and personal work area tidy.
* Complete your own vehicle pre‐start checks.
Qualifications
* Current and valid HR licence or higher.
* Excellent punctuality and the ability to complete deliveries in a timely manner.
* Full rights to work in Australia.
* High attention towards safety.
* Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
