Service Engineer Position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team in Queensland/NZ. As a key member of the Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostics team, you will be responsible for servicing all instruments at Australian customer sites and assisting across the broader Pacific region when required.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance services and be able to work effectively with minimal supervision. You will be working closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met, and you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide routine and preventive maintenance services to customers.
* Install, maintain, and repair Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostics instruments.
* Manage and complete work orders efficiently and effectively.
* Ensure tools and test equipment are properly maintained and stored.
* Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electronic/Electrical/Biomedical/Mechanical).
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Life Science, Clinical Diagnostics, or Biomedical service industry.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
* Team-oriented and results-driven individual.
* Problem-solving ability.
