We currently have 2vacancies available for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Kwinana Beach team on a 6-month fixed term basis.
About the opportunity:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager Fertiliser WA, your role will provide support to our broad network of Branches, Agents and Customers. In addition, you will:
* Ensure prompt and accurate processing of customer bulk granular and liquid fertiliser orders.
* Handle customer bookings requests and product enquiries.
* Initiate follow-up action required to complete Customer's requests/enquiries.
* Resolve issues for the release of incomplete orders and fielding a range of customer calls and account queries.
* Liaise with internal stakeholder and ensure accounts are balanced.
* Contract Entry, Amendment Processing and Contract Cancellations all processed in a timely and accurate manner.
About You:
* Have a proven background providing excellent customer service and problem solving.
* Be a self-motivated person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relationships with the ability to follow through and get the job done.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* High level of PC literacy, MS Office, and data entry.
* Experience with ERM Software SAGE and or SAP (Highly desirable).
